Yes you can volunteer. Just inquire at some local non-profit organizations such as:
Churches (daycare/nursery/teacher's helper)
Food shelves
Homeless shelters
Soup Kitchens
Nursing homes
Volunteers of all ages are needed at all sorts of places.
I give HUGE KUDOS to any teenager that spends some of their free-time volunteering!!

Like at hospitals yeah. I was like 14 and I voulenteered at this hospital during summertime in the radiology/oncology .
