Watching Hawk with the buckeyes I saw a young man who played the game with both his heart and his mind! I for one believe this young man will be a staple of the NFL for years to come! As for rookie of the year I think AJ may be the early favorite, but don't forget about Bobby Carpenter on that talented Cowboys squad! As always however the proof is in the pudding.

The packers have gotten better on defense and AJ is the best defensive rookie right now
A lot of the packers success will be determined by the impact of thier rookies and if the packers and hawk have a good season then yea there is no doubt he will get it

There are a few other players who would give A.J. a run for the money and take that title away:
Tye Hill - CB; St. Louis
Mario Williams - DE; Houston
Antonio Cromartie - CB; San Diego
Michael Huff - SS; Oakland
Bobby Carpenter - OLB; Dallas (and A.J.'s former teammate - overlooked but had similar numbers)

Excellent chance but nobody will be as good as Lofa Tutupu was for Seattle last season. He had one of the best rookie seasons of all time.
