It's a evolutionary thing.
Men are genetically programmed to seek the most healthly female possible, specifically with better child bearing potential. A pair of good sized boobs signals to a guy subconciously that a girl is healthy and is well-suited to bear his offspring. I imagine healthy boobs means good milk producing capacity.
The same process also applies vice versa and in nature too.

because boobs are something that a woman has that a man doesnt have also they are kept hidden all the time as a private part that should not be shown around. if you look at the people in africa who just walk around topless i bet a guy could just grab those boobs and the women wouldnt even care, cause they dont consider them as anything special. its jsut their chest. just like a mans chest. everywhere else in the world though boobies are kepted hidden away so its like "OMG CLEAVAGE!@" *drool* and then we melt.

Good question. Guys are innately attracted to many characteristics that signal a healthy female capable of bearing and caring for healthy children. I assume that this has been hard wired into our brains through evolution. One of those characteristics are large, firm breasts for feeding offspring. That's why guys can't explain why they are attracted to nice breasts, but can't help but stare anyway.

To be really truthful about it. Guys like'em because it is the most visible sign of women hood.We are wired that way.

Because it is writtin in the DNA codes, to keep males attracted to females for breeding purposes. Men who are not attracted maybe because their are malfunctions in the programming.

Because guys only experience the up side of breasts. They don't experience mastitis, and for the most part the fear of breast cancer. They only experience the softness, shapeliness and the implied sexuality.

I think they can be pretty. I don't know the overwhelming attraction to them myself. They seem more like an accessory for clothing. Can I be any gayer?? hehehehe!
