Anyone can make the kind of avatar they want.
They are not exclusive to one person, unless they are using your name.

When you create an avatar anyone else can make one like it.
It's only against the rules if they use your Answers nickname, too.
That's why I change my avatar so often. People like it and they swipe it!

Delete you avatar, change your avatar, or cancel your yahoo account, get a new account and create a new avatar.

avatars can always look the same its just the name if there name is diff. from urs then why worry.

like the other answer stated...avatars arent exclusive....even names arent exclusive.
if this person is telling people that they are you (is identity theft type of behavior) i would then report it, other than that ignore the a$$
