my mom is working on a photo project of my bro and sis and i - and photos are all over my house. After looking at them i realize that i have been in atleast 5 very different states of mind: (starting from little girl) daddys girl, super rebelious, snob, retarted ho & now unsure of anything - looking back on my old pics i was never any of these other people before.... they say the body rebuilds itself every 7 years - do you think that the soul maybe does too?

i feel the same way, almost to the point where memories of the past seem like they had happened to someone else. alot of stuff i just don't remember at all actually. i suppose it is a gradual thing, the changing, and we don't notice it at the time, but looking back it breaks down into obvious categories, or stages or times in our life or somethign like that. so, yeah i'd say we go through definite stages mentally and to some people it's like becoming a whole nother person with each new chapter of life.

Our souls(minds) change as they get older, its called maturity... hopefully one also embraces wisdom too. The links between our minds and bodies are wondrously complex and I'm not sure we'll ever fully understand them.
