Dont know much about the beaches but for culture and monuments id strongly reccomend to take in-
Paris,France (Eiffel Tower,Arc De Triumphe, The Louvre)
Rome,Italy (Collesium and tons of other great sights)
Berlin,Germany (Brandenburg Gate, The Reichstag and the remains of the Berlin Wall)

I would vote for the countries that are not that popular: Croatia, Bulgaria, Romania. You will find there beautiful beaches, or mountains. The views there are superb, people are friendly, and yea, men are gorgeous. This summer I'm visiting Croatia, I can't wait. And prices are lower than in France or Germany.

Countless amazing beaches, monuments and coulture.
OK, every coutry has it's own cuisine so this is not a factor I guess!!! But if u haven't tried Greek cuisine then there is also a plus!
I wonder why other people say Paris, London Venice? Is there a beach????

I like Eastern Europe. Go to the Czech Republich, Hungary and Poland. It's great.

Romania it's the greatest! the perfect place where you can find all that! wild forests, great landscapes, mountains, great food at low costs, monuments, good beaches, great traditions and a lot of pretty women.

Portugal and Spain are the best,great beaches + friendly people and sexy men especially in Algarve in Portugal.
