as far as i know they dont pay support until there is a body to support right now the body in question is still inuteral so he shouldnt be paying anything...

No "guy" has to pay child support just because a woman claims she is pregant.

What was the lie? Did she tell you that you were the father, and then you found out you are not? If so, hire an attorney and get DNA testing done.

Lies how? That she is pregnant? That she's on the pill and/or can't get pregnant? That the kid is yours?

yes.............and then he can prove it the courts will go back and make her pay back the money,pay for the courts coast,then bring her up in perjury,fraud, charges..............
