I personally like it better than complicated, exotic dark matter. It would be so easy to fix or modify a variable in our equations than come up with some intricate, complicated answer. I personally am not smart enough to know where we went wrong, but I think it is more probable we just havent accounted for something in our equations and calculations, I mean how does that one saying go? The simplest answer is usually right!

I just started reading about it. It looks very promising. It has yet to be refuted and initially explains why stars orbit at the same rate in outer spiral arms of the Milky Way WITHOUT the need for dark matter.

If this guy can help tie it into a quantum thoery of gravity then he will change the face of physics forever.

I have to read more on it. GREAT QUESTION!!!!! Thank you!
