i am preparing a persuasive speech about talking on cell phones while driving and my professor suggested putting something in about that law. all answers will greatly appreciated. thanks

about keeping hands on wheel at all times; I don't know but if you had a clutch wouldn't you need to use one hand to shift. I know that anything that affects your ability to drive is unlawful. Food, drink,cellphones,makeup, pretty much anything that's a distraction. Got a ticket once for drinking a cup of coffee. Yeah the cop was a dick!!

Well I think people should not be on the phone in traffic for sure. I live in the country and most of the time there is no body around but when I am around traffic I will not answer the phone. I think most people drive with one hand anyway. But technical we are to keep both hands on the wheel. If you did not do this while taking your test you will fail that part.

In Ney York there is a law that prohibits to use a cell phone while driving unless you have the ear piece

It all depends where you live

i dunno but i heard theres a law about driving with your shoes off and driving and talking on a cellphone is just stupid anywho
