No, you can't do that!!! If your roommate is that annoying and dumb (?) why do you still have them as a roommate? Are you sure it's your roommate, and not you, who has the problem? Sometimes people get on each other's nerves without even realizing it. Talk it out, if you can't come to a happy medium of behaviour, then it may be time to look for another roommate.

I think you need the hit as well. Careful who you call dumb when you place a random comma with spaces on both sides and then misspell sense.
