Step 1: Blow your nose.
Step 2: Get a washcloth, run it under cold water.
Step 3: Apply the washcloth to your head.
Step 4: Call your doctor.
Step 5: Drink lots of water and juice. Eat some hot soup. Then have a fruit flavored popsicle.
Step 6: REST!!!

First, take a bath. Then get some soup and a good movie. Put the movie in and lay on the couch or on your bed. Eat the soup while watching the movie. Oh yeah... and get some kleenex. Then you may end up falling asleep during the movie which is a good thing also. Get Better Soon!

If you are not full blown sick just yet, but feel like you are getting run down, go to a drugstore and get some echinacea, it is an herbal remedy, believe me it works, but only if you feel like you are getting sick, if you are already sick it will do nothing for you. Also, go and get multi-vitamins, they will help the process, and keep taking one a day.

Put a humidifier in your room, it will help you to breathe, or just sleep with your window open tonight. Otherwise stuff two Kleenex ball tissues up your nose, to stop the dripping!

My grandma used this remedy its a hot totty .... Get a shot glass half full with whiskey add a tablespoon of honey then warm it up. Drink it all then lie down cover up with blankets. You will sweat it out.

relax & make sure to drink plenty of liquids!
it could be alergys or it could actualy be caused by stress so dont go outside and dont freek out!
