No they don't ....stretch marks are kind of like scars. They will fade over time but will never disappear.

stretch marks don't GO AWAY but my best friend & I run A LOT & long distance (especially my friend.) Because of this she grew a lot of mustle which pulls the skin leaving stretch marks, she went to a skin doctor. The doctor gave her a special medication to lighten and help make the stretch marks not so noticable.

Remember that not all stretch marks are created equal. They age and heal differently depending on the skin type, heredity, diet, and hydration. In time, they will fade, but the best advice is to maintain healthy skin, which will minimize the effects of stretch marks if they should occur.

Hi Marlo, I'm not sure of you have tried the product Bio-oil as you don't say, but it really helped me. I have very large hips and I'm a larger girl so I have quite large breasts. I had large purple-pink stretch marks all over my hips and coming down towards my thighs, and on my breasts. I used Bio-oil when I first started noticing these marks as they really bothered me. In a few months they had all faded to a pale silver or were completely gone. I don't use Bio-oil anymore, as I have no more stretch marks, but as soon as I notice anymore I'll use it again. I love Bio-oil and plus, it smells really delicious, a bit like cinnamon buns :) I realize that there has been several bad reviews of the product, but it worked for me and my cousin. We both had really bad marks, now we don't. Try Bio-oil. I hope this product helps you as it helped me :) Good luck xo

Use Palmer's Cocoa Butter, you can buy it at your local drugstore. It helps get rid of stretch marks and scars!

Well..I dont think they actually go away. But they will definatley fade overtime! When mine first came..I used Lotion from Avon for strechmarks..And i used it for about 3 weeks every night on them..and they were faded. Now I wear my bathing suit not even worrying about them..cause you cant see them unless your like an inch away from them!

No, but they will lighten up. You should try putting some Cocoa Butter on them to help.

try vitamin e on your skin.. if you have lots of stretch marks and extra skin... tummy tuck..
