take the EPT now, it'll tell you. it sounds to me like you are pregnant. that is what happened to me when i got pregnant with my son. my period was late a few days then i was spotty for one day. the cramps might have been from implantation, it feels similar to menstrual cramps. if your breasts hurt and you pee more then you probably are! congrats!

If you were already supposed to get your period, then go ahead and take the test. They are about 94-96% effective from the first day of your missed period. It sounds like you may be pregnant. If the test is negative, and still no period, retest 48 hours later and if possible use the first urine of the day as it has the highest concentration of HcG which is the pregnancy hormone tests detect. If it is negative again, see your doctor and request a blood test. Then you will know for sure. Wishing you luck!
Take care, and let us know!!!

Probably not pregnant, but you can't be sure without a test. Wait a week or so then take an EPT.
