Depends on how people personally rate movies. For me, these have to be among the worst:
Titanic
The Passion
American History X
Anything with Sean Connery, Robin Williams or Mel Gibson
Independence Day
Godmonster of Indian Flats
The Lord of the Rings trilogy

I have some ideas... in no particular order of "badness"...
Skeleton Man - Casper Van Dien is loosing his cool... fast
The House of The Dead - Uwe Boll... nuff said
When A Stranger Calls - Nuetered horror
Stay Alive - When an R rated horror flick is trimmed to PG-13
Queer Duck - Funny as a short... but a whole movie... nope
Urban Legends 2 - When sequels prove they are bad
Cry Wolf - Lame plot development
Amytiville Horror - A dumb remake with only Reynolds being a +
Election - Highly overrated
Last House on the Left - Old slasher flick better left un-visited

Ooh, here we go. There's lots, and, in no particular order.
Battlefield Earth: This is probably number one on my list. Terrible, terrible movie. If you look up "bad movie" in the dictionary, this is definition numero uno. As in, so bad, that I have blocked most of the expirience from my memory. Too traumatic.
The Ice Harvest: Not a big Billy Bob fan, and the movie bored me to tears.
Shark Attack 3: Could have been a made for TV gig, they play it on the Sci Fi channel often. It's one of those bad movies, that just sucks so much, you can't help but watch and go "Oh my god this is so dumb".
Hostel: I'm sorry, but there is NO need for that much gore and violence. The plot was dull, at best. I actually got up and left the room because I was so bored yet disgusted all at the same time. Now that takes talent!
The Blair Witch Project: At what point was I supposed to be scared? Now, if it hadn't been hyped up to be more than it was, I might not have minded it so much. But come on, how much of a chicken do you take me for?
The Village: See above
The Butterfly Effect: Ashton Kutcher. He will always be Michael Kelso. I will never take him seriously. Ever.
Wicker Park: Lame, lame, and lame. Not half the psycho stalker drama that the trailers promised. Big disappointment.
Harry Potter (number one): I tried to watch it 3 times. Fell asleep all 3 times. Need I say more?
House on Haunted Hill: Give me a break. Seriously. What kind of spooky ghost movie fan do you take me for? It was a lie! I was deceived! I'm all for plot twists to keep things spicy, but not this one. I was not happy.
Well.......I have used my allotted ten, and will quit (for now) mainly because I can't think of anymore rotten movies. But if I do, I will come back to warn you.
I thought of another: Scarface. If I have to hear someone say "Say hello to my little friend" one more time.........it will get ugly. Very ugly.
