you know that depends on the boss...good is soo subjective to who is your boss...
if you work as a mechanics and if you work in a bank..i'm pretty sure there will be 2 different kind of ways to be a good employees...
sure you can say stuff like be on time or be honest, but that doesn'T mean you're a good employee...it's part of having good ethics as a person...
but i think only 5 things are required:
1. a good employee should be able to grow within and help the business grow
2. take in activities that will maintain or improve society with the help of the business through social responsability
3. doesn'T cause any harm to anyone including one's self, and have good moral and working ethics,
4. understand and strives for a better understanding or relations between all parties involved in the business, directly or indirectly.
5. have a balance life, be in good health, rest when he or she needs to, and have fun while working or make time for fun.

I noticed you have not gotten many responses, yet. I am not sure what you are asking...can you expand on your question, please. Are you talking about what to write in a review of a good employee, or what you would write about yourself on a resume to describe yourself as a good employee, or maybe something else?

That many? They usually don't ask for that many.
Reliable, efficient, personable, helpful, does what they're asked, on-time, friendly, good attitude, polite, takes orders, doesn't question authority, performs tasks in a timely manner, knowledgeable, willing to learn, possesses a positive attitude.
