There are lots of reasons to be tired after eating... Eating a big mealis one of them. Heat is another. I always feel tired after having a big meal and especially if the weather is warm.
Don't immediately suspect pregnancy unless you have other symptoms that might indicate actual pregnancy.
Search for "Pregnancy Symptoms" on a search engine on the internet. There are pages with all the common symptoms and you can check yourself against the list. They can even tell you other causes for the same symptom. Check it out.

Be for real. Just because you are tired and hungry after you ate does not mean you are pregnant. Go eat again and then take your a$$ to sleep if you are tired. Ask this question when you miss your damn period.

These aren't symptoms of early pregnancy. Usually NOT being hungry and being extremely nauseated and fatigued are.
The only way to know for sure is to take a pregnancy test when your period is late.

When's the last time you had a period? Are you late? If you answered yes you could be pregnant, take a home test, or go to the doctor.
