Rub vinegar on them and that will get your partner to stop playing with your newly larger breasts, I did that with my ex the playing stopped and so did the soreness.

One of the early signs of pregnancy is extremely sensitive, sore breasts. Some women's breasts become so sensitive, in fact, that the sensation of a nightgown against them is unbearable. (If you're in this camp, a pregnancy sleep bra -- a soft, unrestrictive cotton bra available at maternity clothing stores -- will help immensely.) The tenderness you're feeling will diminish significantly after the first trimester, once your rising hormone levels have stabilised and your body becomes accustomed to them.
How long do these symptoms last?
Though your breasts will continue to grow throughout your pregnancy -- it's common to go from a B to a D cup, for example -- they'll feel more uncomfortable during your first trimester. The size change is most noticeable in first pregnancies.
You may also notice that your breasts throb or tingle as blood rushes to them during the initial "excitement" phase of lovemaking. During the first trimester, you may discover that you no longer like having your breasts touched. This will pass. Any pain or discomfort associated with your breasts is likely to subside during your second and third trimesters.
Can I do anything to reduce this tenderness?
Your best bet is to find a good, supportive bra. You may find that underwired bras are less comfortable now. Take the time to get fitted by a specialist, perhaps in a department store or maternity shop; if no one is available to help you, measure under your breasts for size and around the fullest part of your breast for the cup. Try to get fitted more than once during your pregnancy, as you may need to change cup sizes as your breasts grow.
It's especially important to wear a well-fitting, supportive bra while you exercise since your breasts are heavier. A bra designed for exercise will provide the additional support you need and minimise discomfort.
Lightweight cotton sleep bras will help protect you against tenderness at night and can help prevent sagging.
As uncomfortable as your breasts may feel now, breast tenderness is both normal and temporary: You can expect any discomfort to diminish and then disappear after the first trimester.
I hope that helps!!, check the website out :)

This is normal. As normal as normal is anyway. Everyone is different, and so are their symptoms. Glad to hear you aren't sore anymore. It is possible that it may return later though. Good luck!
