I hear a lot people call Oprah selfish and I don't see how that could be possible. Oprah has given tons of money to numerous organizations and charities. She even had a whole neighborhood built for some of the Katrina victims. She also donated 10 million dollars to the tsunami victims. What kind've selfish person does all that? A lot people argue that she's too rich and that she should give out more of her money, but that's about every star in Hollywood.

I think she does so many awesome things for people and is VERY generous with her money. I also see nothing wrong with her keeping some of it for herself to enjoy...i mean come on..she is a grown woman and works for her money too. I think she gives a reasonable amount :)

They are just JEALOUS
green with envy.... Oprah earned her money and she can do anything she darn well pleases with it.
In order to get where she has she is a Disciplined person.
Some people, usually losers and slackers, don't like highly organized people because it makes them feel inferior so they lash out and say nasty things...It is pure envy and an unwillingness to give her credit for all the good she does.

Oprah selfish??, that's a new one on me. Every single audience member gets some form of a gift just for showing up, that alone, shows that she is in no way selfish.

Because the world revovles around her.
When she interviews an abuse victim she always brings up her story.
When actors are talking she always brings up her one movie Color Purple.
When people talk about her kids she talk about her dog.
That is not a good interviewer. That and all her O issues have her on the cover.

i wanna say that she is not a selfish person at all,she helps so many people its not even funny,but what i do wanna say is that,i don't think its right for her to come down only on rappers for still using the word *****,when there are movie writers who don't seem to care about using that word,why don't she say something about that.its not only rappers that use that word.
