probably cause of how they are portrayed in the movies. i dont think theyre mean but they are LOUD!!!

Well i personally don't think cheerleaders are mean. All the cheerleaders I know are just like everyone else. They're pretty cool.

i'm guessing you're a high school cheerleader in which case only the people who don't play sports think you're mean they think that way because you're busy watching the quarter back not the guy standing behind you.

Because MOST cheerleaders, eventuall let it got to their head, and turn in to b****y self-centered people.
