I thought it was a good story. Not quite what I was expecting- but I still enjoyed it. It was really pretty funny.

At first I thought it was going to be a scary movie but after getting into it, it's more like a thriller/drama. I really liked it. I liked that there were so many different characters in the movie and that you learned a little about each on of them. I really liked M. Nights character. I did get scared a couple of times, I also laughed and ended up crying two times as well. Over all I think Lady in the Water is another great movie of M. Night's. I will definatly buy it when it comes out on DVD.

It wasn't as bad as the critics made it out to be. I believe the movie critics were upset because there was a character in the movie who was a critic and was portrayed in a negative light. So they have an axe to grind against M. Night!!!

Getting back to the movie, I thought the ending was kind of weak. I would have liked to have seen some kind of epilogue.

I thought it was great, probably as good as unbreakable, but not the sixth sense.

But it's been advertised as a really scary movie and it's not, it's really quite funny and as usual for Shyamalan it delt with deeper spiritual and philosophical issues.

It was very spiritual. Definitely nothing I've seen before. I enjoyed it, unlike many of Shaymalan's previous overrated films.
