Here's an expansion of Kill Yr Television's "do it backhanded" answer. This is a method called "The Stranger."
first you have to lie on your arm or wrap your arm in a tourniquette, so that you lose circulation, and your hand goes to sleep. After that, then you do it backhanded, the idea being that a "stranger" is giving you a handjob.

I caught my ex boyfriend in the act and so far he tops the list for creativity! He got one of thoes natural sea sponges for the shower, cut a hole in the middle and he gets in the shower and saturates the thing with soap and goes to town! No joke!! ha ha
Its funny you asked this! I just watched Gone in 60 seconds last night and my favorite line in the whole movie is in the beginning when the kid is talking about sitting on his hand for 20 minutes till it goes numb so it feels like sommeone else is doing it for him!!!

As to what was mentioned above me about the 'massage', I would not recommend doing that. It is illegal if you can find someone to do it, and you'll piss off any real massage therapist that you ask to do it. You'd get immediately kicked out of a spa or any setting like that. Some of us are trying to make a real living out of being a massage therapist, and it's responses like that that ruin our reputations.

A friend of mine told me this a long time ago...First sit on your hand for about 5 minutes or until it falls asleep.. then go to town on yourself!...He said it's like having someone else do it for you because you can't feel your own hand...Let me know how it works out for you. Have Fun! ^_^
