Does anyone know why Law and Order is moving to Friday this fall?

The orgional Law and Order is being moved to Friday this fall from it's Wen. timeslot.

Ratings, Friday is a weak time slot for the other networks and they want to get their rating shares up.

I thought Criminal Intent was being moved to Friday from Sunday.
