House, hands down. House is the master house of all medical dramas on tv, in my opinion. It is a thousand times better than E.R. House has everything you can ask for in good tv: a good story that keeps you riveted, suspense, humor, interesting characters you can like or hate and actually get to know, they're so three-dimensional, and every show furthers the storyu further instead of pushing back. thanks to shows like House, tv has been put back on the market. Let's say that for Grey's Anatomy.

I love them both, but I'm going to have to say "House", only because Hugh Laurie does such an amazing acting job. He manages to fake an American accent and he's got the lovable grouch role down perfectly.

Grey's Anatomy is better because it has, sex,infidelity, more sex,sick people drama,and hot *** doctors including Dr.Mcdreamy . This show is addictive and amazing!!

They both do not seem actual. gray sounds like how a touch youngster might want to spell it and grey sounds like how a blind and shortage of existence man or woman might want to spell it. For me, i love gray. i wager i'm blind and shortage of existence because I spell it like that! Haha!
