George Bush has used signing statements on all of the Bills he has signed. Bush has only vetoed one bill since the beginning of his Presidency. I remember the media stating that bush has signed over 800 Bills to law, with (Signing Statements).

Yes He Does That

Its Called A Signing Statement

Bush Has Added More Signing Statements To These Bills Than ALL OTHER PRESIDENTS Before Him Combined

In Other Words, He Has Signed Himself Above The Law

"From the inception of the republic until 2000,
presidents produced fewer than 600 signing statements
taking issue with the bills they signed.
According to the most recent update,
in his one-and-a-half terms so far,
President George Walker Bush . . .
has produced more than 800."

Sure every President has used signing statements....to clarify their understanding of the law they just signed. But Bush uses them as a veto. He more or less says he'll abide by the law if he feels like it. And that is illegal according to the Constitution! And the judges that said it is alright are the same people that told him it was alright before they were judges.

All Presidents have pulled this...declaring part of the law unenforceable, etc. It's called signing statements...
It's the Presidents version of the line item veto...I would try to explain further....but you don't want an explanation, you just want to type hateful things in all caps, so....carry on.

Leave the poor guy alone. He's just trying to keep his place at the table, which means pleasing a numer of powerful people. He never asked to be born into "power".

What in the world are you talking about.

Why are you even talking about Clinton. Have you forgotten that he was impeached for purgery. Not supposed purgery. But blatant purgery.
