i want to create an account in paypal but philippines is not included. how can i still create an account?

my bf is from ireland. he wants me to create an account in paypal but i noticed philippines is not included. how can i create an account so he can send me money through paypal?

you cant, because you need to register a bank account to accept the money . and if your bank account is in philippines, and pay pal doesnt have service there.......
be like putting your bank card into a box and not understanding when it doesnt produce money!
