Im 16 so i dont want to live weights and stuff. Cause thats stuff stunts your growth...

sprint uphills ALOT. sit ups, crunches, running and don't forget dieting. and remember to keep hydrating. take your time you're young you'll get it soon.

Regardless of what you do, you may not be able to get a six pack. What body builders do is to remove through exercise the layer of fat over the stomach area. The muscles themselves cannot be developed in the way you develop biceps, although exercises will strengthen them and give you better definition. If you can sculpt that area by burning fat, the six pack will show through.

However, depending on your body type, you may never be able to burn off that layer of fat to completely give the look you want.
