You need to get checked out by a doctor. There are lots of things that can cause severe abdominal pain, and it's impossible to tell from an email what it might be. The possibilities include appendicitis, ovarian cysts, ectopic pregnancy, miscarriage, stomach flu, food poisoning, ulcers, or you could just be having an exceptionally painful period. You might try Alleve. I've found that it is more effective on period cramps than ibuprofen or aspirin. You also might try applying heat packs, or take a hot bath. You could try taking an anti-acid medication such as Tums or Pepto-bismol to see if that reduces the pain (maybe the pain is caused by an upset stomach). Ultimately, though, you really should see a doctor to rule out any life threatening illnesses and get a diagnosis of what the problem is.
Hope this helps!

Have you tried taking an ibuprophen or asprin already? I would recommend a nice hot shower or bath to help with the cramps; take some pain medicine and head to bed.

nervousness mixed with steady strain and viable sensitivity to oil, caffeine, and many others. my spouse could get those signs. her task was once so hard, she was once hospitalized for 2 days with excessive belly ache. this was once within the early eighty,s. she,s learned that caffeine and/or greasy meals give a contribution to belly ache for her. she now avoids caffeinated espresso/tea; besides while she will get anxiety complications. then espresso quite is helping. she,s been on prevacid for approximately ten years. 2 cups of caffeinated espresso approach sleepless nights, and regularly an dissatisfied belly.
