Feeling very blah due to cleaning and being on the computer all day.

Try doing something that you enjoy, that requires you move your body. Like go for a bike ride. Put your headphones on, listen to your favorite music and dance, or go for a walk. It is natural for the body to move, it wants you to move it. Hey that reminds me of that Madagascar song. "I like to move it, move it." Oh yeah, that's a "picker-upper".
