I almost choked to death on a peanut and I saved it, I put it on a necklace to remind me how fragile life is and my BEST FRIEND was going to go on a roller coaster but was terrified too and he asked if he could wear my good luck charm and while on the roller coaster he almost choked to death on the very same peanut that was on the necklace, the park medical team responded and everything. Is this fate?

Destroy the peanut! Fate? Probably not, but some things just have bad karma. Get rid of it. It is NOT GOOD LUCK!!!!

it depends. do you believe that our lives are pre-determined?

I wouldn't called fate. For me it were just the circumstances that caused both accidents.

I believe each individual creates his/her own life. And life is about choices. And choices is about freedom, although that freedom is very much a relative idea.
