It is time to take care of that spyware problem. I hope that you have a while.

Keep your own Anti-virus up to date, and check the status regularly.

Get and update several Anti-spyware solutions. I use AD-AWARE and SpyBot Search & Destroy. I use the free versions from http://www.download.com Update and run these regularly. Especially IMMEDIATELY after an upexpected pop-up.

Download and install FireFox free from http://www.mozilla.com This is a browser that is safer to use than IE. Use this for general surfing and google searching. Only use IE when you MUST have IE, such as Windows Updates.

If you have Windows XP with SP2, activate the Windows firewall and check the status. If you don't, get Zone Alarm the free version from http://www.zonelabs.com

Take these steps to keep your computer ALIVE.

You need a pop-up blocker, and a Spyware remover program.

For a free pop-up blocker check out the Google Toolbar.
http://toolbar.google.com/T4/?utm_campaign=en&utm_source=en-ha-na-us-google&utm_medium=ha&utm_term=google%20toolbar
Spybot Search and Destroy is a good program, and free: http://www.spybot.info/en/index.html

Install Spybot S&D and run the program to clear out this pest. Then install the Google Toolbar. If the problem reappears then run Spybot S&D again. I surf around a lot and usaully run a Spyware and Adware scan once a week.

The most recent professional version of Zone Alarm includes a Spyware detector that runs once a week automatically.
Zone Labs: http://www.zonelabs.com/store/content/company/products/trial_zaFamily/trial_zaFamily.jsp?lid=home_freedownloads
You will get a 15 day free trial version, and after that I belive it costs $20 to $30 a year to register it.

You probably have a worm/trojan horse/virus on your computer - you need to purge your computer of it. It would be helpful to check out www.tomcoyote.com forums - download hijack this - this program will list all the stuff that's going on in your computer and post the log results on the message board and someone will help you with what to delete.

And you shouldn't list the website that you're getting - you just might infect someone else's computer!

that is probablly adware.. so i suggest installing a good adware/spyware program like McAfee antispyware or ad-aware from lavasoft. It will not work if you keep pressing the back button so dont bother just try to remove the adware and your good to go.
