1. Matrix 2 - actually made the first one worse. Sequels are often worse than the original but it takes a bad one to undo all the good work the first set down.
2. Battlefield Earth - just simply should not have been made. Stars pandering to L.Ron, not wanting to change an ordinary SF book to a format that could even make a passable film
3. Star Wars Ep. 1 - While I don't mind Jar Jar, I think the kid ruins one of the best movie villains of all time. From figure of fear to overbearing (and acting) brat. Way to go Lucas. Should still have it to complete the collection though.
4. Master of Disguise - Oh man, what was I thinking? The trailers were somewhat funny, but if it can't pull off 2 mins, what's the hope for 60+. Too bad, I usually like spoofs.
5. The Others - I don't know how this received good reviews. Even the premise was unbelievable. While M. Knight was making truly surprising films, this one come out with a twist you can figure out before the beginning credits have finished rolling...

1. I'll give you Godzilla (the Ferris Bueller version), not the Raymond Burr original or 1995.
2. Star Wars Ep. 1 - I waited 16 years for that heap of Jar Jar dung? (although, must admit Ep. III took some of the sting off)
3. From Dusk to Dawn - Holy crap, wasted over two F'n hours of my life on that pile of vampire/voodoo crap.
4. Alien vs. Predator - So much potential, so little of anything.
5. Jaws 4 - What the F happened after Jaws? Revenge by a shark? More like Jumped the Shark.

Spider-Man 2- I honestly expected something that could follow up the first one. Instead all I see is Peter Parker depressed all the time about school, about work, about Harry, about MJ...And the action was almost nonexistent. Very depressing
Grandma's Boy- Looked funny in the previews. Looked stupid in front of my face.
Elektra-Okay, Elektra managed to sink lower by herself then she did with Daredevil. The whole movie was...uggh.
Daredevil- "He made me miss. I never miss." So said the villian Bulls-eye. Need I say more?
Napoleon Dynamite- Before the millions of Napoleon fans start a riot at my front door, let me just say this: Did the movie really have a plot at all? After all the good reviews I've heard, I found it dissapointing.

Top 5??? Don't know I can name off that many....will try, though.
Continental Divide (John Belushi's last movie)
Neighbors (another John Belushi bomb)
Robocop 3: jumped the shark....just wasn't the same when Peter Weller left the role to someone else.
Flash Gordon: Even with Queen's generous soundtrack help, the film simply wasn't taken seriously when it was made. This one screams for a redux.
The Man: Samuel L. Jackson and Eugene Levy....the two needed a bit of fine tuning in comedic timing.
