What color shoes would you wear with a chocolate brown dress? Could I wear nude or do I need to wear brown?

You can wear nude or any color you wish as long as it doesn't clash with brown and just about any color can be worn with brown. Except in the winter when o course white is out as is off white but colors in the beige spectrum are not. Color coordination where shoes,purse and all match to the dress color is actually out-too put together and therefore boring.

I would definitely wear gold shoes. I wore a chocolate brown dress to my sorority semi-formal last year, and I think that gold shoes were my only cute option. Look for something gold, and strappy. If the dress is silk or chiffon, make sure that you don't buy leather shoes. I think that Michael Kors has some good options this season.

A chocolate brown dress is so warm. Add a little color. A sky blue pump would be gorgeous! A nude shoe would work, however, it wouldn't be very "sexy," nor would it make your lefs stand out!

Chocolate brown would be the best, but a strappy pair of camel sandals would be okay, too.
