Serious sleep deprivation does it everytime. You get punchy & almost anything will make you laugh. Even the simplest problems become enormous because you can't focus or think properly.
Add some alcohol to that & you're experiencing true dimensia at its finest, including hallucinations. Who needs LSD? ;-)

When I'm playing peek a boo or chase with my 1 year old nephew. He brings out the silly in me basically because being silly is what makes him squeal with laughter. Nothing is as wonderful to hear as a child's laughter.
