reason:
if a mime was trapped in a glass box then he could easily break out of it and there would be a loud shatter and he'd look down at the broken glass and be sad that he broke something REAL. there would be an awkward silence and then everyone would burst out laughing.
but i wonder how many people ansewring this question ARE mimes. technically they aren't speaking....
