For mummified human remains (an actual human body), I found a few references to the oldest mummified human remains in North America, found near Carson City, Nevada.
9,400 years old:

I assume you don't mean *fossilized* human remains (which I would not consider a human body), I found this reference to the oldest fossilized human remains in Ethiopia:
160,000 years old:

Also, by "human body" I assume you mean Homo sapiens. Neither Lucy nor Petralona Man were H. sapiens (Poulianos claims that Petralona Man was H. sapiens, but paleontologists generally consider him H. heidelbergensis). In fact, H. sapiens has only been around for about 200,000 to 250,000 years, so any fossils older than that would not be considered "human."

I believe they named the man Otzi and he was found somewhere in the Alps. I think he was believe to be from 3300 BC. What makes him so special is that he is the oldest naturally mummified person ever found.
