Sheet metal shop will make you one if you take the measurements to them.You can try to build it yourself if you are handy with tin snips and screws. Do not forget the filter holder if you do it yourself or if you have it built. Make sure you build a filter holder that uses a common size.If not you will be forever cutting filters to fit.What a pain that is.

Go to a sheet metal shop. Make dure they are licensed to work on furnace plenums. Each installation needs a plenum which is specific to the location. The shop will send someone to your home after the furnace is in place. They will take measurements then go back to the shop and build what you need; Can't use just any old thing someone has around. Without proper fit the furnace will not operate correctly.

usually they are custom made for the location. Hight width and depth. They can be made of tin or fiberglass insulation board. I have seen them made of plywood.
