The girls in Victoria's Secret will come in the dressing room and measure you and JC Penney's always holds special bra measuring events with "bra experts". I think they usually keep a lingerie associate on hand who will come in the dressing room and measure you as well. Or you could try a professional seamstress also.

just as the others said go to a lingerie dept. or victorias secret and they can measure you. just remember it also depends on the bra. some wil fit better as different cup sizes. try things on and you'll also get a good idea for what fits you best.

You can go to Victoria Secret, or even a Mervyns in the bra department. Just ask the employee there if you can get sized. ~

If you go to Sears or other similar stores, go to the underwear department and ask a sales girl. They will measure you there and tell you what size you should wear. Good luck.

all you have to do is take a measuring tape measure around your UNDER the breast and then measure across the breast in the nipple area and you'll have your measurement. just remember that under the breast gives you the # size and over the nipple measirement gives you the a,b,c,d,cupp size.
