Yes .It is called Benign Prostatic Hyperplasia.
Swollen prostate gland. If you are over 40 ,I recommend you see a Urologist .It also could be Prostate cancer.

Back pain with the urination suggests prostate. You will want to go to the doctor to be sure. There is something going on and you should get it checked out!

These are the symptoms of diabetes: POLYURIA- frequent urination, POLYDIPSIA-always thirsty & POLYPHAGIA- always hungry. If you are experiencing these, have your blood tested. But the urination at night is not enough. This may be normal for persons who tend to drink a lot before bedtime or those who drink during intervals of their sleep (i did before). Try also controlling it. At night, urinate before you go to bed. But if despite the precautions you are doing you still experince this, then I suggest you see a doctor. Hope this helps. :)

Could be enlarged prostrate or a infection in the urinary tract or kidneys. Best advice check with your family Doc and make sure everything is coming out ok.

My friend used to have this problem too. Think is something do with urination organ sensitive. Can cure by medine or simple operation.
