No like Rihanna and Jay-Z BOTH said he is her boss and yes she does call him when she needs help and advice but it's nothing more than that because he is her boss and friend and nothing more than that. Plus him and Beyonce have been dating for four years and they are pretty serious so I don't think neither one of them would cheat.
