Roadrunner. The reason being is that Roadrunner is faster than sound. It's only after he takes off that you hear the noise he makes, whereas with speedy you hear him talking the whole time he's running around "Ariba, Ariba, Handalay, Areja!" or something like that. But the point is, if he were going faster than Roadrunner, you wouldn;t hear what he said until after he passed you by.

I believe Road Runner has been shown to travel at super sonic speeds this can be infered from the jet sound effect used when he actually goes and the fact that the Cyote once employed the use of a large Acme rocket in his attempts to pursue the Road Runner on multiple occasions ...Excellent Question!!

wow thats a tuffy, the road runner leaves dust and you never see him go, when coyote turns around he is there, It has been a very long time since i have seen speedy, but it seems you see him as he is running. Best I can do.

Road Runner by far. He has longer legs. And can run across deserts lightning fast, where Speedy can run across rooms lightning fast.
