I would have to venture, no, based on what you hear on the news. Whenever people find out about a murderer who lives on their block, they claim that they had no idea. That the person "kept to himself" and seemed quite ordinary or normal. Pretty scary, when you think about it!!!

most serial killers (take john wayne gacy for example) pass so well that people in their community hold them in pretty high regard.
I myself probably would not notice if I had a killer next door... 5 different people had moved in an out next door to me in the past 2 years, and I never saw them come or go.

bring a basket of muffins next door and find out(keep pepperspray in your pocket just in case) whatever you do don't drink whatever the killer offers you.it was probably poisoned.pour the cup of poisoned tea/coffee/water into a nearby potted house plant, when the killer isn't looking.if they start to suspect that you know something that you shouldn't,quickly excuse yourself to the bathroom and escape from the window.if there's no window, start panicking.

anyway, they're usually everyday people but extra charming.they probably use those black colored trash bags and have a basement.

It's spelled "caught," and yes most serial killers are normal, intelligent, average-looking people.

They've just got a screw loose somewhere.

If I were living next door to one, I'd call the police.

There was a serial rapist living across the street from my child hood home......... he coughed a lot and always looked very grungy. I broke his neck when he tried to grab my little sister one night.

I was fishing and puffing a doobie one evening when Artie Shawcross walked up to me with a sixpack of beer and joined me . We talked for several hours, but I didn't realize who he was until after he was caught. He seemed like just another dude into fishing.

in fairly abbreviated version i'd earnings get entry to to the killers homestead and glue a rifle or shotgun into his hands of both fingers and then have a fishing line anchored to the set off so after I call the law enforcement officials and he is going to work out who it truly is as interior the on the spot he or she wakes up i'd lead the law enforcement officials to his area and then perform the set off-line so in protective posture antagonistic to the probability of a few rounds he's firing at them even as so desperately attempting to shake the rifle from his glue-gripped fingers might want to apply deadly rigidity and subsequently eliminating the want for unjust court docket sentences of no genuine result to the criminal and unwarranted economic burdens upon taxpayers. keep in mind guns do not kill human beings,..human beings kill human beings otherwise all those spelling try in grade-college with a misspelled word might want to be the pencils fault and under no circumstances the students.

Well if he or she talks a lot about blood and goes around syaing burn them burn them all, there is a good chance that your neighbour is a serial killer. You could always ask them around for a dinner of liver and red wine.

What is considered normal is relative. I wouldn't know he was a serial killer until he came to kill me.

I think a killer will 'pass' as normal. I don't think you will be able to tell, but some might be different. They might show some different activity but it might not seem to abnormal.
