I just heard from a friend that a country, I think maybe the North koreans, launched a faulty rocket that hit another country. Apparently some how Ottowa, for the Americans that don't know, the capital of Canada, where the Parliment building is, where the Prime minister is. evacuated the people of the capital city after hearing of this accidental, or purposly launched rocket. Who can varify this information. Or did my idiot friend get his information wrong? Or is this close to the truth?
