Consider rural parts of Thailand. Very low stress.

I have visited many countries and Thailand is, overall, very calm and peaceful once you get out of Bangkok.

The food is excellent, there is ample beer, the girls are extremely sweet and beautiful, what more could you want?

The united states is a wonderful place to live. Yes it's true some of what happens is stressful but there are some of the most peaceful beautiful surrounding here than you will find any where. You mentioned nj fl and ca. well those are three places I would never think of myself as being without stress in. There are places in the mountains of kentucky and tennessee , west virginia, oklahoma, arizona. there are places you can live in these states where you can walk for days and never encounter another person. You can take off your shoes and put your feet in the water coming down the streams from the winter run offs.

Most of all though if you find peace in your life it will not come from without it will come from with in. Good luck on your journey

I'd say Singapore. It's practically crime free! Okay, maybe I exaggerated a little, it's not crime free but it certainly has low crimes. I don't have to worry about being mugged while walking down the streets or something.

How do I know? Cos I've sorta 'lived' in Singapore all my life. I'm from Malaysia you see and I travel to and fro Singapore almost everyday to study since I was seven. (I'm twenty now) So you can say I'm very familar with Singapore.

And everytime I go back to Malaysia, I'd feel stressed and worried cos I gotta worry about snatch thieves, rapists, everything. But I feel relax and at ease in Singapore. Imagine feeling unsafe in your own native country.

Yeah, so I feel Singapore is a relatively nice country to live it. But if you wanna study there. please don't. It hell of a stressful. Lol.

where ever you live - the amount of stress you have is going to be up to you. As long as you avoid places with active fighting or repressive governments. I don't think it is going to make to much difference.
