my car is having trouble starting at times. it will turn over but not catch... please help i will try to give more details

it had a tune up in the last month or so.

the car will turn and seem to be starting fine but wont stay

after i let it sit after trying a few times it will start fine
i am not hearing any weird noices or anything.
the car never stals out.

it also seems like it is shaky when i am in idle, but i think it is just me.

i got this car from my aunt and she had the same problems then and someone told her that she had a loose wire. he tightened a bolt that conected the wire and it seemed to run fine to her and she asumed it had been fixed abot a moth or two ago.

this has happened once to me, but sometimes startes a little funny but it would always start. today was the fist time i couldnt get it to start all the way. i ahve had it for about 3 weeks

could be ur idle control valve....bad plug wires...ignition control module..could even be bad gas

Try waiting a few seconds after you turn the key on before you crank it. You might be loosing fuel pressure when the engine is off.When was the last tune-up?What do you mean Catch?

Not sur xactly what ur problem is. If startr turns but not engine, starter needs replaced. If engine turns but won't start is either not getting gas (fuel pump) or no spark (electrical, plugs,etc.). Hope this helps.

could be fuel pump or fuel filter but need more details...IM me if you can
