My partner and I are trying to conceive and we have had a few months where I thought I was pregnant but wasn't.
This month my breasts are starting to feel a little sore. I havent had this feeling before and I dont usually have this feeling before my period which is making me think I am pregnant. The areola's look a little darker and bigger and the veins in and around the areola are very visible now.
I am not due my period for 3 days... could this be a sign of pregnancy?

Yes it is possible or ot could just be hormone fluctuations. If you buy a test you need to buy on that is accurate before you are due to start otherwise wait to see if you are late.

Yes, the changes in your breasts may be a sign of pregnancy. They also might be a sign that your period is about to start. You can try a pregnancy test and get a valid result at this stage.

It's possible. But please don't stress out. Hope for the best and make sure you take care of yourself. Darkening of the areola is a sign of pregnancy, as well as breast tenderness.
Your body responds to stress, so calm down and say a prayer!
Good luck...I remember being excited when we conceived our son. My body couldn't take any kind of change..so we found out 11 days later!

Maybe, but don't get your hopes up just yet, wait to see if you get your period. It could just be mind over matter (or body) per se. For example, you may want to be pregnant so badly that you are hoping for signs of change, and your body is capable of listening to your brain to provide symptoms that really don't exist. I know it sounds weird, but it does happen more often than you think. But, you never know, it may just very well be... Best wishes and good luck!

dark areolas are a good sign of pregnancy. Take a test.

Yes it could be a sign you might want to get a pregnancy test just to make sure. Soreness of the brest is a sign of pregnancy so it might be.

Very well could be. Take an EPT test....its a test that can tell you your preg. like 3-5 days before your period. Good Luck!

For sure. That was very similar to what I went through during the first few weeks of my pregnancy. In fact, it was the ONLY pregnancy symptom I had.

yes it could mean you are pregnant. your breast are one of the first changes you will notice.
this sounds crazy, but before i even knew i was pregnant both times this was my first clue. fry some bacon, if the smell sends you running to the bathroom puking then you are pregnant.
i know so many woman who said bacon was the one thing they couldn't take the smell of when pregnant.

i had the same thing happen before my period was late, sure enough we're due in february! go to the doc or take an early detection home test, i think you can find them in the drugstore. good luck to you and your partner!! *hugs*
