I heard VR has a song in the movie has anyone heard and is it any good?

"In other news, a brand new Velvet Revolver song, 'The House Is Alive' has been released on the Monster House soundtrack. Monster House is an animated movie about three youths who realize that their neighbor's house is actually a living monster. It hits theatres on July 21st"

Velvet Revolver has a killer song in "The Hulk" soundtrack, which jams during the film's ending credits. The song is called "Set Me Free".

As for the film "The Monster House", that I don't know.
