Has the owner, Charles Wang, lost his mind or what?

After Neil Smith's firing and the comments Wang made ... it seems to me that Wang is a fan of the game and he's trying to do what (he thinks) is right for the fans ... and doesn't know much about how to actually run the team.

Wang is insane and Milbury is not much better. Nolan was a good pick up for them but losing Smith and LaLaLafontaine and hiring Snow for GM was absolute lunacy.
Who knows maybe Nolan can make something of them....he did wonders with the Sabres.

The Islanders have the real potential to be the worst team in hockey due to meddling ownership. Islander fans are in for a long drought! Its sad for a once proud franchise!

sounds like it to me. detroit is like them now. they both have horrible management personnel. they waste money on overrated players. they are like the many crappy teams in the nhl.
