I am a full time mom of a 1 year old little girl and i was wondering what is the best way to get rid of excess baby fat in my stomach area.

I did sit up maybe 50 of them three times daily, I remembered to pull in my stomach muscles and bought a Pilate's ab toning video and worked out 3X's a week but I was very diligent and I did it while I was at home with the baby. I have better tone and abs than I did when I was in high school. but you have to be very persistent. You don't have to spend a whole bunch of money on fancy and unnecessary equipment your determination is the best thing you have going. Go for it and Good Luck!!!

Try playing with your baby> Why do full time moms think they have it so hard? Why should it matter if you are a full time mom. What about those moms of one year olds who spend the whole day in the office working and then come home to take care of a baby.. you have the whole fricken day to exercise..use your time wisely.

well since ure a full timee mommy then u cann proly go bii like (4 example)= wenn u go 2 like a fastt food restrant, insteadd of like gettin' a double cheese burger gett like a regular cheese burger an taken i bunn off ann DO NOTT putt maonaise on itt!!! other wise uve alreadyy blown itt!! ann if u decide ure hungryy after that then u cann either drinkk lotzzz of water or go an gett some like yogurt of somee kind. the loww fatt kind though!!

Sit ups--start with a low number then work it up 'till you're doing like 3 hundred at a time--that's what I do to loose tummy fat.

sit ups are very good but so is walking an with a new baby you should be able to get lots of walking (outside) in. good luck

turbo jam works really well, its a cardio dance workout and a bunch of other stuff its good because u can do it right in ur house!good luck!

TRY WEIGHT WATCHERS THAT IS WHAT MY MOM DID AND IT WORKED GREAT. IT'S REALLY EASY AND YOU DON'T HAVE TO CHANGE YOUR LIFESTYLE COMPLETELY. BE DISCIPLINED AND YOU DO HAVE TO EXERCISE REGURALY, AND THE WEIGHT WILL COME OFF FAST!!
