I waited until I was married, and I have never regretted it. It showed me that we were both genuine about each other, and that we really cared for one another. He respected my choice and I think that it made him and I better friends and better lovers. I think that if you wait to have sex until you're married, not only are you respecting God's law, but you are also respecting yourself, and your partner. Not many people in today's society wait, but I know it was the right choice for me. It really showed me that my husband was a great catch because he wanted more than sex...he wanted a life with me. And I love him more for it. :-)

In CA hardly anyone... unless they have some sort of quirk. Like being a vegan, or something. It is kind of like a subculture.

In the Midwest it is more the norm. Girls actually cry if they "mess up" and sleep with their fiance a few days before the wedding. But people are more wholesome here in general. More neighborly.

I personal going to wait till I get married, because I believe in waiting until I have a commitment with him, and God sees our relationship as a commmitment, by marriage. I'm a devoted christian:)

I didn't. But this doesn't mean that you should before marriage. I didn't want to settle with just one experience before I got married. Not everyone does this so keep that in mind.

yes.. some people do wait.. coz they really respect each other.. and sometimes.. people wait coz they have no chance to do it unless they'll live together.. its because of elders' influences too..
