I heard that u can take some kind of a pinch test, where if u pinch the back of your arm and u get an inches width of fat u r over fat?........I'm 5'7''.........I was 141 lbs. but i gained 9lbs. cause it's vacation time and i let go.........any way, if i am over fat, how can i lose fat and tone up the muscles a bit?

no lizibell, i mean over fat, saying overweight is over rated, over fat means too fat.....weight consist of water, fat and muscle, i think the term "overfat" is pretty self explanitory...

You're 5'7" and you weigh about 150 now? That sounds like a normal weight to me. From what I've read, a girl your height can be anywhere between 123 lbs. and 163 lbs., depending on your body frame and muscle tone (and remember, muscle weighs more than fat). The taller you are, the heavier you're supposed to be, so I don't think there's any cause for worry.

You should weigh between 121 and 153.. so you are fine. However, if you feel that you need to build muscle, or you are a little flabby, you need to work out. Do weight training. You can be not overweight and still be flabby.

well if u think ur fat u should eat heatheir and exerciese more. Eat less junk food and u shouldn't lay there and watch so much tv..... well it works for some people

Stop drinking soda drink water. Walking is good it does not matter how fast you walk but distance does.

take a bmi test online it will tell u if your overweight by what percentile u got in

you could go to a dietician [spelled wrong?] and ask..b/c they can do body fat counts or something.. if you are then they can help you.

If you have to roll in flour to find your wet spot........you might be FAT!
